Personal Licence renewal form - now in force

The regulations for interim personal licence renewal arrangements have now officially come into force. Accordingly, the new personal licence renewal application form can be used going forward and an MS Word copy of the application is available from the GOV.UK website here.

The Government previously issued guidance to both Licensing Authorities and personal licence holders concerning the requirement to renew personal licences and the relevant fact sheets can be found in our previous article: 'Personal Licence Renewals - Latest Update'.

We would reiterate our advice that those with upcoming renewals need to take urgent action now, not least because the first renewal will be falling due imminently.
